Reconnect to your foundations with five soulful movement practices — a blend of TLC-style flows and slow, steady yin — each designed to steady your energy and calm your mind.
Move with presence, breathe with intention, and rediscover the quiet rhythm that lives beneath the noise of the season. Optional pranayama and meditation sessions are included to ground you on every level — body, breath, and spirit.

Interested in feeling into what a class in our Yoga Teacher Training is a little like?
Sian creates a special class for the Online Yoga Studio Members to get an understanding of how we go a bit deeper in our Yoga Teacher Training classes. For this class we focused a little more alignment & longer holds, together with our usual connection to the breath, energy and meditation.
This class is a great grounding complete practice even if you aren’t keen on doing our training! Enjoy something a little extra when you get on the mat today.
