Motherhood opens you—body, heart, and nervous system. This postnatal series offers gentle practices to support your recovery and help you navigate the powerful hormonal shifts that follow birth. With estrogen, progesterone, and oxytocin fluctuating, many mothers feel deeply sensitive, alert, and often overwhelmed.

These classes are designed to calm and regulate your nervous system, restore your energy, and offer a space to reconnect with yourself. Through breath, slow movement, and meditation, you'll be gently held as you rebuild strength and steadiness from within.
