Welcome to TLC 14 day Chakra Cleanse! Over the next 14 days, together we will move through each of the Chakras of the energy body to create harmony and alignment within each of these centres. The Chakras are more than just an energy centre, they are an entire state of consciousness which through different practices (yogic & non-yogic!) we are able to awaken and drop into the full experience of each.
