Anahata Chakra

The Heart Chakra

The fourth Chakra, Anahata is our heart space. By opening and creating balancing at the heart space allows us to experience spiritual, unconditional love. Our deepest compassion can be felt at Anahata. This yin energy centre is related to the element of air, allowing us to create a lightness of being when this chakra is cleansed. The radiant and pure love of Anahata allows us to act with kindness and compassion.

How this program works

We recommend that every day you commit to:

  • The daily practice for each chakra

  • Complete the suggested practices

  • Daily chakra meditation

  • Take your time to complete the journaling prompts

Each chakra opens it’s own state of consciousness. It’s not just about yoga, it’s an experience and can be embodied in all aspects of life. Try some of the suggested other practices you can do to cleanse this chakra.

Additional Practices & Activities you can try for this Chakra

  • practice speaking to yourself with non-violence for the whole day.

  • Hug a tree, feel its vibration.

  • As the Chakra colour is green, eat more greens for your day and get out in nature.

  • Take a risk and receive love by asking for it

Daily Chakra Meditation

Meditation with Sian -30 mins

Here we have included a 30minute Chakra Balancing Meditation lead by Sian which you can use over the course of the next 14 days - as many times as you like. It is one of our faves here at TLC!

A gentle practice to connect with the gentleness of our hearts. We work to balance and shift through anything that might be causing us to live out of alignment with our hearts. Remembering that we are the divine love, that unconditional love is always inside us.

Take your time to journal your experience as part of the practice. Today we invite you to embody this pure love of Anahata. Connect in with your breath, allowing it to flow into the heart and release you from any pain and suffering. Be open to receiving love and act from this place of compassion and kindness.

Journaling Opportunities

We encourage you through this week to become receptive and open to your own personal experience. Feel into the felt experience of each chakra and allow space for what comes up in the body and the mind. These journalling prompts are here to help you gain clarity and connect in intuitively.

  1. How can I bring more emotional balance into my days by softening but still having boundaries?

  2. If I were to create a heart centred practice, what would it look like to me?

  3. If I slow down and listen with an open heart, with no judgements or problem to solve what happens?

Other Heart Chakra Practices

Over the course of your day, we invite you to take the time to also weave another practice into your day if you have the time. This will again strengthen your embodiment of each chakra and create further harmony and cleansing.
