Day 1- CALM THE NERVOUS SYSTEM

The Nervous System is our automated command system governing our emotions and whether we feel safe in the body. For many people, their daily lives lead them to feelings of overwhelm and fight or flight. This class gives you tools. A series of 6 techniques that you can practice here as a class, or use separately at any time to calm and ground whenever you need.
Day 2- NERVOUS SYSTEM RELEASE
Shake with Nat

A stronger release practice (one of Sian’s favourites!) to let go of any stress or anxiety and get out of the head and into the body. Together we will work with pranayama and shaking practice to reset the nervous system.
DAY 3 - NERVOUS SYSTEM YIN
Yin Yoga with Sian

Unplug, unwind and come home into your body with this yin yoga practice. Our focus is the nervous system—this beautiful, complex network that governs our breath, our responses, our emotions, and how we experience the world. In modern life, we often get stuck in stress patterns, running on adrenaline or simply feeling ‘on edge.’ This practice is here to gently remind the body that it’s safe. That it can soften. That it’s allowed to rest.
DAY 4 - FLUID, SOFT, REST

In this Yoga Nidra practice you will be guided by Sian Pascale in moving into a soft state of rest and nurturing. A balm for your nervous system, connecting to you to your breath and the flow and the rhythm of your life.
DAY 5 - YANG + YIN
Flow, Kriya & Yin with Sian

A full body experience, this class has been designed to regulate you from the inside out- sequenced in a way to explore both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.
DAY 6 - GENTLE SOMATIC MOVEMENT

Somatic movement centers on creating a slow, mindful, internal experience, rather than a class focussed on form or performance. In this class you are invited to move from sensation, impulse, and curiosity- and to sense your body as living experience, rather than a shape to master.
