When life begins to quicken, Get Grounded invites you to slow down, exhale, and return to what’s real. Reconnect to your foundations with five soulful movement practices - a blend of TLC-style flows and a slow, steady yin- each designed to steady your energy and calm your mind.
Move with presence, breathe with intention, and rediscover the quiet rhythm that lives beneath the noise of the season. Optional pranayama and meditation sessions are included to ground you on every level — body, breath, and spirit.
Your Daily Practice
Day 1- GROUND & RELEASE FLOW

Ground your body and mind in this yoga flow class, where we will work on building stability and connection through slow, mindful movement. Release tension, and use this practice to find inner calm and balance.
Day 2- I AM GAIA
Flow & Kriya with Sian
40 min · feminine - grounding - shakti
Connect to Mother Earth, the feminine energy of the earth and ground yourself into a shakti practice that brings you strength, cathartic release and power! I am Gaia combines flows, breath, kriya and a shake to connect you to the earth herself and your relationship to the natural world.
DAY 3 - GROUNDING PRACTICE

Ground into your foundations with this slow and steady practice that will connect you to apana and Muladhara, leaving you grounded and anchored in your body.
DAY 4 - REALIGN YOUR BODY
Flow with Sian

In this systematic practice of vinyasa, breath and meditation, we realign the body to move towards an inner perfection, a moment to sit in deep stillness and creativity.
DAY 5 - UNWIND & REJUVENATE YIN
Yin with Sophie
30 min · acceptance - earthy - grounding - peace
A Yin yoga sequence designed to help you embrace every moment with kindness just like the earth embracing rain and sunshine into her heart.

This is the practice Sian does every morning, with a few variations and additions. It sets her up for her day and other practices like mantra and meditation, so practice along with her and experience the benefits of daily pranayama!
