A full body experience, this class has been designed to regulate you from the inside out- sequenced in a way to explore both the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. Starting with a strong yang sequence you can expect to get the blood pumping, energy moving and anxieties released. We spend the last half of the class winding down and softening. This practice invites you to full inhabit your body and feel grounded calm and centred.
