The Third Eye Centre

The sixth chakra is Ajna, commonly own as the third eye centre - the space of intuition. Ajna is the command centre of all the other Chakras in the body. When Anja is balanced it allows us to see beyond the physical, connecting us to our own intuition, this ability to see beyond what is in front of us, this sense of deep knowing. 

Highly connected to light and the colour spectrum, when we activate this space at the eyebrow centre we connect with our inner wisdom and knowing.

 
 

How this program works

We recommend that every day you commit to:

  • Daily chakra meditation

  • Take your time to complete the journaling prompts

Each chakra opens it’s own state of consciousness. It’s not just about yoga, it’s an experience and can be embodied in all aspects of life. Try some of the suggested other practices you can do to cleanse this chakra.

Additional Practices & Activities you can try for this Chakra

  • Take some time off social media and stay away from the news. Allow yourself some space and clarity.

  • OM meditation: repeating rolling rounds of the Mantra ‘om’ activating the space of the third eye.

  • Look at the world through the eyes of beauty - see that beauty can be found all around you.

Here we have included a 30minute Chakra Balancing Meditation lead by Sian which you can use over the course of the next 14 days - as many times as you like. It is one of our faves here at TLC!

 

Today’s practice will connect you to your third eye & crown Chakra. These two are combined as Sahasrara will often spontaneously awaken when working with Ajna. Take the time to journal your experience of this practice.

Today you are invited to the time to tune into what your inner guru is telling you, spend time creatively visualising what it is you wish to manifest and take some time out from social media and other technology which can cloud this highly intuitive space.
