Intuition can feel like an elusive experience at times, but when you are tapped into it, there is a sense of easeful flow in the way you move through life. Sian begins the class by discussing 3 steps towards tapping in to your intuition, then moves through the practices that support you in accessing these steps. She ends the practice ‘lightly’ in the hope that you can then take some time and space in your own quiet meditation practice or to journal as a way to start to Awaken Your Intuition.
