One Small Act of Care

This is an invitation to listen to your body and respond in a simple, realistic way.

After your movement or meditation practice, ask yourself:
What would support my body right now?

Choose one small act of care you can offer your body today or this week. It might be:

  • drinking more water

  • going to bed a little earlier

  • Yoga Nidra before bed

  • A magnesium bath

  • taking a short walk

  • stretching or resting

  • booking an appointment you’ve been postponing

  • eating something nourishing without rushing

This is not about optimisation or fixing anything. It’s about beginning a more respectful relationship with your body through small, consistent choices.

If it feels supportive, consider how this one small act could become a gentle habit, rather than a one-off intention.
