Prosperity in all forms
ACTIVITY 1: JOURNALING prompts
What does abundance mean to me at this stage of my life, beyond money alone?
How do I currently relate to resources, support and sufficiency, honestly and without judgement?
Where do I feel resourced and supported, and where do I feel stretched, depleted or under pressure right now?
OPTIONAL ACTIVITY
Redefining Wealth
This is a reflection, not more journaling unless you choose to.
1. Acknowledge your journey with resources
Take a moment to acknowledge how you have related to wealth and resources so far.
If you have had to make compromises, push through financially, or prioritise survival to get where you are, congratulate yourself for your resilience and effort.
If you have experienced abundance or consistent support, pause to recognise with gratitude the role that has played in your life.
In both cases, honour yourself for the work you have done and the choices you have made.
2. Update your definition
Consider this question:
If wealth were here to support my life rather than prove my worth, what would it need to provide now?
3. Consider support
Gently reflect on whether this area of life would benefit from outside support. This might include:
financial guidance or education
business or career mentoring
therapeutic or emotional support
practical systems that reduce pressure or uncertainty
This is not a sign of lack or failure. Knowing when to seek support is part of being well-resourced. You don’t need to decide or act on anything today. Simply noticing where support could help is enough.
