For our last practice, we chose the grounding influence of a traditional style hatha yoga class, that ends with pranayama, so that you can move into creating your New Year Vision Map with a steady energy.

We hope you experience that sense of clarity that comes from moving and opening up your body in a mindful way. When we consciously open the body, we clear the energetic pathways & soften the constant thinking cycles of the mind, making room for new insight & understanding.
