30 min Yin for Hips

For our first practice we chose a deep hip opening yin yoga class, as a way of allowing you to move into a gentle, loving and relaxed state for our first day of reflection. This class is filled with teaching gems we hope you can take into the journaling process; a sense of compassion, a loving connection to the wisdom of your body and an invitation to experience with challenging feelings with a sense of softness.

Meditate with Sian
15 min · rest - relax - positive energy
We chose this practice for those who want to drop into an even deeper state of restful ease for their day, but also to welcome this in as an intention for the journaling ahead and even the year ahead.
At the end of the meditation Sian invites you to imagine how your day would look if you moved through it with a state of grace and ease- something you could even extend to bringing in to your whole year.
