TODAY WE: Look back on 2025
It’s Continuum Process time! We invite you to take this time to really focus and enjoy. Light a candle, some incense, or make yourself a cup of tea, or a hot cacao to facilitate the process. It’s not about thinking or perfection, just allow yourself to be guided through each activity.
ACTIVITY 1: JOURNALING prompts
When I look back on 2025, what moments or experiences stand out as significant, even if they were challenging?
What effort, growth or resilience am I proud of that may have gone unnoticed or unacknowledged?
What feels unfinished, unresolved or ready to be consciously completed as this year closes?
CORE ACTIVITY
A LETTER TO WHO I BECAME IN 2025
This is a free-writing exercise. There is no right or wrong way to do it.
Write a letter to yourself, looking back on the year that has passed. Let the words come without editing or polishing. This is not about making sense of everything or writing something beautiful. It is about honesty.
Use this letter to celebrate what you accomplished, but also to acknowledge the effort behind it. The quiet persistence, the emotional labour, the inner work, the choices and trade-offs that no one else ever sees. This is your chance to surface those parts of your life and reflect them back to yourself with care.
You may also name what felt hard, what stretched you, and what you are ready to release as this year comes to a close.
Write until you feel a sense of completion rather than perfection.
OPTIONAL PRACTICE: KEEP & RETURN
When you finish, place your letter somewhere intentional rather than casual. This might be in a journal, an envelope, or a digital folder that feels considered.
If it feels supportive, set a gentle reminder to revisit this letter at a future point in the year, simply to notice what has shifted since you wrote it.
