Noticing Beauty
Option 1: Daily beauty
For the next week, take one photo each day of something you find beautiful in your everyday life. This might be something small or ordinary. A favourite mug. A tree you pass each morning. Light on a wall. A smile from someone you see often.
Keep these photos together in an album on your phone, or in a simple digital space where you can return to them.
Option 2: Intentional beauty
Make a gentle commitment to do one thing each month this year that feels beautiful to you. This might be visiting a gallery or museum, spending time in nature, exploring a new neighbourhood, or simply sitting somewhere that inspires you.
This is not about consumption or productivity. It is about allowing beauty to be a regular part of your life, rather than something reserved for special occasions.
