Before diving into the depth of your full study program, these classes will help you establish a steady foundation in your practice. You are welcome to repeat classes as many times as they inspire you, abhyasa/repetition is part of the yogi path.

These classes have been curated to help you build a daily sadhana of movement, breath, meditation & mantra, so that you will begin your training with a sense of readiness. Remember- these are just a small snippet of the hundreds of classes on offer on the online studio, you are welcome to do any on here that inspire you! Make it joyous and fun.

The MINI-YTT200 workshops

Inspired by our Yoga Teacher Training, these workshops were recorded live as part of our Yoga Essentials Program with Sian Pascale, each focusing on key elements of the yogic tradition.
