Before diving into the depth of your full study program, these classes will help you establish a steady foundation in your practice. You are welcome to repeat classes as many times as they inspire you, abhyasa/repetition is part of the yogi path.
These classes have been curated to help you build a daily sadhana of movement, breath, meditation & mantra, so that you will begin your training with a sense of readiness. Remember- these are just a small snippet of the hundreds of classes on offer on the online studio, you are welcome to do any on here that inspire you! Make it joyous and fun.
The MINI-YTT200 workshops
Inspired by our Yoga Teacher Training, these workshops were recorded live as part of our Yoga Essentials Program with Sian Pascale, each focusing on key elements of the yogic tradition. They offer an experience that goes beyond what you’d typically find in a regular class. Think of it as your first glimpse into a Yoga Teacher Training - get ready to dive deeper and learn more!
ASANA
Spoiler alert- some of these classes come directly from the YTT incase you want to do a sneak peak! All of these flows are longer, deeper and will help prepare your body for what is to come.
PRANAYAMA
Try and make pranayama part of a daily practice to build up your energy body before the training!

Himalayan Kundalini Kriya forms part of the teacher training and can be one of the most uplifting and dynamic aspects of your teaching reportoire
MEDITATIONS
These meditations include practices that we will be teaching in the Yoga Teacher Training, so starting to expand your meditation practice will help prepare your body and mind.
