Experience a strong release practice with Nat and let go of stress and anxiety, through a body centred somatic practice. As Nat loves to say "get out of the head and into the body!" Together we will work with a dynamic pranayama technique, movement and also a shaking practice to reset your nervous system.
This class uses activation of the sympathetic (exciting) nervous system. It is just as important to learn somatic ways to access the sympathetic nervous system, as it is to access the parasympathetic N.S. (the more relaxing techniques,) as it helps to release excess energy and build resilience. Also, for some people it is easier for them to access the calm through intensity first.
