Awaken the heart space

Welcome to week one!

In this first week we take the time to re-connect to the heart, a space which we can sometimes feel disconnected to when we are caught up in the busyness of our lives.

There are many energies associated with the heart. This week your are invited to tap into this space of love and compassion, allow yourself to let go of fear and move into a more heart centred way of being.

 
 

How this program works

We recommend that every day you commit to:

  • The Heart Opening Flow

  • The Heart Meditation

  • Do your best to add some other heart centred practices

  • We encourage you to start a journal at the start of the 3 weeks, allow yourself to get expressive and watch your journey to the heart unfold.

  • If you have more time add in another of our suggested practices at the bottom of the page.

Additional Practices & Activities you can try

  • Gentle yin yoga (try our heart chakra healing!)

  • Treat yourself to a loving self massage.

  • Practice Kirtan and chanting with a sense of devotion.

  • Giving those around you compliments.

  • See if you can practice empathy, create a greater sense of compassion towards all beings.


Heart Opening Flow

Gentle flow with Casey - 15 mins

 

This soulful practice focuses on opening the heart and connecting us to the love and sweetness that exists at this space. Through gentle asana, pranayama and kriya we drop into the softness of Anahata.

Heart Meditation Practice

Guru Mantra Meditation - Aham Prema - 20 mins

 

Meditate on sacred mantra, connecting you to the vibration of love. Aham Prema, I am Love. Can also be practiced morning or evening (or both!)
