This practice has been created for the end of the day when you need to open up your body, expand your breath and release tension and tightness to prepare yourself for a relaxed evening or a good night’s sleep. Particularly good for those days you’ve had to work at the computer or drive and you want to open up your body and stretch, but in a way that is cleansing & softening rather than activating. We open up the heart, shoulders and hips- deep and expand the lungs and welcome in some release of the day that’s been.
