In this yoga nidra, Sian uses steady contiuing guidance to welcome even the busiest of minds into a state of deep rest. She works with techniques that allow you to connect with the natural, cyclical process the body and mind use to fall asleep. This practice is a great one to use during the day in order to maintain a strong calm nervous system to handle whatever life throws at you. It can also be used in the evening to wind down a busy mind.
