This meditation comes from a livestream practice we did with our community. It is a deeply grounding and restorative, fully guided, lying meditation. We move through a gentle breath practice, a body scan and some earth energy based visualisations to bring ourselves into softness and relaxation. We use the Winter Solstice energy as a basis for creating deep rest and nervous system balance.
