The Creative Impulse is a 6-day online course designed to awaken your natural creativity as experienced through the body.
We have collaborated with Creative Learning Designer Francesca Spillane to bring together embodied practice and creative exploration in a way that feels both accessible and transformative.
Each day you will be offered a daily yoga practice that connects you to your natural, creative impulse, together with a set of simple creative prompts and guided exercises to help you see, sense, and express in new ways. You don’t need to be “creative” to join. This is about reconnecting to a deeper intelligence already within you.
Join us, and reconnect to the creative impulse that’s been there all along.
Each day over the 6 days you will receive an email reminder with links to the program.
The experience is shaped by 2 key elements:
1. Yoga & Meditation practices
2. Creative prompts and guidance exercises
All of this work is self paced and online, you can move through it in the 6 days, or take as long as you need. You will have access to this course for as long as you are a TLC member.
You are also welcome to skip practices or elements and make the Creative Force program work for you.

THE TEACHERS
SIAN PASCALE
TEACHER & LIGHT COLLECTIVE FounderSian is a ERYT certified yoga teacher trained in ashtanga vinyasa, hatha, yin yoga, meditation, pranayama, kundalini kriya, classical tantra, neo tantra and women's embodiment.
Her teaching style is deeply connected to the Indian tradition, in particular the Tantrik lineage and its philosophy and practices. She loves bringing students the power of a full holistic yoga practice and encouraging them to experience the power & magic of their subtle body.
CREATIVE LEARNING DESIGNER & ARTISTFRANCESCA SPILLANE
Francesca Spillane has spent over 15 years working with teachers and learners of all kinds, and one thing has stayed constant throughout. She believes, without hesitation, that everyone is creative. Not in a fluffy, feel-good way. In a real, grounded, I've-seen-it-happen-in-rooms-full-of-reluctant-people kind of way.
For the Creative Force, she has brought that same approach to the daily creative prompts and exercises, simple, accessible and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

This Program is suitable for all levels, men, women and anyone else.

We recommend getting your own Yoga mat for practice, and a block/ cushion/ yoga bolster for meditation.
You’ll want to wear light comfy stretchy clothing.
For the creative aspect Fran asks you to use:

If you are ready to practice yoga and meditation, go deep through journaling prompts and aren’t in any kind of active trauma that might require more support, then yes! These practices are a powerful way for us to go deep into the body to create change and deep levels of calm.
