Splits Workshop

Workshop with Sian

Learn to safely open through the hips and backs of the legs to work up to full splits pose or Hanumanasana. In this mini workshop, Sian will guide you through a variety of exercises designed to open your body so that you can safely build flexibility to find a deeper variation of this pose than you might currently be working with.

As we all know too well, yoga is not about flexibility and chasing peak poses! But this workshop can be fun if you are looking to challenge yourself a little in your asana practice.
