The perfect way to start the day on a cold and Wintery morning. We start in a gentle and easeful way with this practice, connecting to the breath with some longer hold stretches. Then slowly we begin to build a little heat through slow flow and breath to create warmth in the body and the soul. Removing the lethargy or heavy weight that Winter can bring- allowing you to start your day with positive energy, ready for what is ahead.
