Moving Prayer

Mantra with Sian
10 mins - buddhist - prostration - prayer wheel

Stemming from Vajrayana, the Tantric stem of Buddhism, this practice was done in the Himalayas, as pilgrims moved from one holy site to the next, their bodies acting as prayer wheels. The power of this mantra is intensified by the use of the whole body. The practice brings strength to the body to withstand aging and physical suffering, builds energy, grounding and stamina.
