Introduction to Breathwork Day 1

Breath Awareness - 30 mins

 

In this first session we will focus on becoming aware of our breath and breathing patterns. This simple process of becoming aware of your own breath is in itself a very powerful practice.

Once we become aware of the way we breathe we have the power to begin to manipulate the breath to allow us to create different states of consciousness.

Together we will also touch on the benefits of breathwork and the history of the practice.
