This is a time to move away from fear and step into your truth with creativity and passion. As we uncover the ego and work with the fiery energy of this full moon, we burn through limiting patterns and let go of negative relationships to make space for the new.

With the moon in Leo this is a great opportunity to practice putting boundaries in place and having the courage to stand your ground.
The Leo full moon has an intensity to it, we can use the fire as the alchemy to soften into the heart. Take some time to allow for us to rest and choose love.
There is a glamour to the Leo full moon- it asks you to get out into the world, be vibrant and alive.
Just as the lion roars with power, now is the time to speak your truth and clear the space of the throat.
We can use this potent energy to uncover and release from the shadow aspect of the self, working from a place of truth and integrity. This allows for us to uncover our true potential and courage.
Take care to not burn out during this period and feel into the creative, life-force energy which this fiery full moon brings.
